SWEDISH MASSAGE

This massage focuses on the soft tissues of the body to induce a state of relaxation. It works mainly on the muscles, ligaments, and tendons, increasing the body's blood circulation.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This massage releases adhesion found in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas. WARNING: This massage is not a relaxation massage. It is designed to release pain in certain areas of the body.

PRENATAL/PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Ladies, enjoy your pregnancy even more by helping out your body. Help muscles relax and deal with the changing pregnant body. Calm and soothe yourself and your baby as you prepare for the labor and delivery process.

DETOX MASSAGE

This massage uses an oil blend containing 10 pure essential oils specifically selected to detoxify and purify. It contains spicy black pepper to warm and stimulate, blended with juniper berry and cypress to aid in the detoxification process.

CREATE YOUR OWN OIL

Combine your massage with an aromatic blend of oil designed to enhance your massage experience. Selections include blends that focus on respiration, stress relief, headache relief, and calming qualities. Or ask your therapist for recommendations relevant to your specific needs. Any leftover oil is sent home for you to enjoy at your leisure.

PERSONALIZED BODY SCRUB MASSAGE

This massage incorporates all the techniques of a Swedish or Lymphatic massage while getting rid of all that unwanted itchy, dry skin. Your skin will feel silky smooth after having been exfoliated and massaged with scented oils.

RESTORATIVE STONE THERAPY*

This profoundly restorative treatment uses the combination of warm stones with warm oil to deeply relax the nervous system with a soothing therapeutic massage while also warming the tissues for appropriate & specific deep tissue work. The body receives the nurturing warm oil and the stone placements while warm stones (and sometimes cool when needed) are used in the hands of the therapist for a very effective bodywork session. It is recommended that this treatment be followed by quiet down time.

GARSHANA (DRY EXFOLIATION) MASSAGE

Usually performed before a warm oil massage, this dry massage exfoliates the skin w/ silk gloves to increase circulation, move out metabolic waste, open pores, soften & tone skin. This also removes dead skin, keeping the skin healthy & radiant looking.

15 MINUTE SESSION = $25

ABHYANGA (WARM OIL) MASSAGE

Abhyanga is a restorative warm oil massage which improves circulation as well as the dislodging & elimination of stress and metabolic impurities which are held deep in the tissues. This massage supports better sleep, a calm nervous system & pain relief.

75 MINUTE SESSION = $110

SHIROABHYANGA (HEAD MASSAGE)

Warm oil is poured over the head and massaged in a specific pattern and sequence in order to balance every system in the body by reflexively working on the head. Benefits include improvement of circulation, concentration, and mental clarity.

KARNA PURAN (EAR THERAPY)

The ears are filled with herbalized oils which lubricate the delicate filaments of the ear canal, dislodging impurities & sharpening hearing. This creates a feeling of deep restfulness and may be used to treat in insomnia. Helps with earaches & headaches.

10 MINUTE SESSION = $15

AYURVEDIC DELUXE

Allot about 2 hours in your schedule for this complete ayurvedic experience that starts with Garshana (Dry Exfoliation), followed by Abhyanga (Warm Oil) massage that includes Shirobhyanga (Head Massage) & Karna Puran (Ear Therapy). Please bring a scarf or towel to cover your head for the trip home. This treatment should be followed by quiet down time.

105 MINUTE SESSION = $145

CHAIR MASSAGE

This fully clothed sitting up massage focusing on the neck, back, hips, arms, and hands is perfect for those that do not have time for a full session of massage. It is a great way to de-stress and relax in a few short minutes. Sessions last no more than 25 minutes. Prices run a dollar a minute.   

15 MINUTE HEAD AND NECK MASSAGE

For those short on time but long on stress. A perfect way to de-stress during your lunch hour. Allow 20 minutes for scheduling purposes.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the feet and lower legs. Both invigorating and deeply relaxing, Thai Foot Massage involves hands on massage, stretching, and acupressure to stimulate reflex points. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese massage incorporated into the treatment. Benefits include improving circulation in feet and legs. Thai foot Massage encourages lymphatic drainage. It leaves you with a general feeling of tranquility, well being, and calmness which helps improve sleep and clarity of mind. The 60 minute foot massage includes a warm foot bath with essential oils and a foot scrub.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a first time no-show fee of $30. Subsequent no-shows are subject to a fee up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification of at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session. If a credit card was not used to book the session, an invoice will be sent to an email on file and/or the no-show fee will be added to the cost of the next session at time of service.
